Project descriptionWhile on placement in Emergency I was expected to take blood from a man had presented for a blood testl, even though I followed all the protocols and had all of my equipment ready it took 4 attempts to get the blood, I felt that I was not able to best meet the requirements of this gentleman, taking blood at the best of times is a scary experience for patients. Explain how the care of the patient has or has not demonstrated the achievement of the competency standard you have outlined.4.
