Project Stakeholders and Communication In any project, especially one where strategic planning is required, it is important to understand the need for communication throughout the project as well as the roles each stakeholder plays in the process. Failure to incorporate these two criteria in a project will often lead to project failure. In a three-page essay, discuss the roles of management and leadership, specifically the chief executive officer (CEO), the board, and stakeholders. What role does each play in the planning process and during the project? In addition, discuss the need for communication throughout the project.
